Why Returns Are Limited for Made-to-Order Hyperbaric Chambers
Every hyperbaric chamber is manufactured or configured according to your chosen specifications. Due to the customised nature of these products—and the strict safety and hygiene standards required—hyperbaric chambers cannot be resold or restocked.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the production or configuration process has begun.
Please ensure all details of your order are carefully reviewed before confirming, including dimensions, pressure ratings, components, and any optional features.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Faulty Products

2. Placing Your Order
Once your preferred soft-shell chamber is selected:
A detailed quotation is provided, covering the chamber, delivery, setup, and training.


Payment terms, lease, or purchase options are confirmed.


You place the order, securing your soft-shell chamber and scheduling delivery.


At this stage, you can begin any preliminary preparation for your space, ensuring a smooth setup.

3. Pre-Installation Preparation
Unlike hard-shell chambers, soft-shell chambers are lighter and more flexible, but specific requirements remain:
Confirm adequate floor space, clearance for inflation, and ventilation.


Verify electrical outlet specifications for the pump and control systems.


Check for any potential obstructions near doorways or furniture.


Ensure a flat, stable surface for the chamber to sit safely during sessions.

4. Delivery and Setup
