Why Returns Are Limited for Made-to-Order Hyperbaric Chambers

Every hyperbaric chamber is manufactured or configured according to your chosen specifications. Due to the customised nature of these products—and the strict safety and hygiene standards required—hyperbaric chambers cannot be resold or restocked.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the production or configuration process has begun.

Please ensure all details of your order are carefully reviewed before confirming, including dimensions, pressure ratings, components, and any optional features.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your hyperbaric chamber is a bespoke item created or configured specifically to your requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

Once production or configuration has commenced, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted, unless the chamber arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your hyperbaric chamber arrives with visible damage, missing components, or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Placing Your Order
Once your preferred hard-shell chamber model has been selected:
We prepare a detailed quotation including the chamber, delivery, installation, and training.


Payment terms and scheduling options are confirmed.


You officially place your order, securing your chamber and scheduling your installation timeline.


At this stage, we also start coordinating any site preparation requirements to ensure a smooth delivery and installation.

3. Pre-Installation Assessment
Before the chamber arrives, our technical team conducts a site visit or virtual assessment to confirm:
Room size, floor load capacity, and clearances for safe placement.


Electrical supply readiness and any modifications required for installation.


Ventilation, fire safety, and emergency exit access.


Delivery route logistics for safely transporting the chamber to your site.


This step ensures your space is fully prepared and compliant with all safety requirements.

4. Delivery and Installation
Our delivery and installation team will:
Safely transport the hard-shell chamber to your site using the necessary lifting equipment.


Position and secure the chamber, and connect all electrical and oxygen systems.


Install and configure the multi-touch control panel and optional accessories, such as UV disinfection lamps.


Complete all safety installations, including pressure relief valves, emergency stop mechanisms, and internal/external gauges.


Conduct a comprehensive commissioning test, including pressurization and verification of oxygen purity, to ensure everything functions properly.


At the end of installation, your hard-shell chamber is fully operational and ready for training.

5. Personalized Training
We provide comprehensive, hands-on training so you can operate your chamber safely and confidently:
