Powerful, Customisable Heating Options

At the heart of the Spa Mini is the cutting-edge Saunum Experience/Primary 9kW heater, designed to evenly distribute heat and enrich the air with negative ions for a gentler, more comfortable sauna session. Paired with the intuitive Saunum Leil control unit, this system allows you to adjust temperature, humidity, and fan speed with ease.

The Nordic Elegance Spa Mini can be tailored to suit your personal style and wellness preferences through a wide range of customisation options. For the exterior, you can choose from Thermo pine or spruce cladding and select your preferred colour finish, including black, white, or a custom shade to complement your outdoor space. Various glass options are available, including clear, bronze, or mirror finishes to enhance privacy or design aesthetics. The interior can also be personalised, with the option to remove the RGB LED lighting or the LED strips behind the backrest and under the bench for a more traditional look. You can select alternative bench and wall materials, such as Thermo Aspen, Aspen, or Alder boards instead of the signature EmotionWood tiles.

Warranty

Warranty

Sauna Air Saunas come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring peace of mind and long-lasting quality. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, starting from the date of delivery.

Covered under the warranty are the structural CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) panels, Thermoalder benches and seating, as well as all factory-installed systems and components. This includes the heater, ventilation system, and all electrical systems with dimmable LED lighting.

Please note, the warranty does not cover issues arising from improper installation, normal wear and tear (such as minor wood warping or discolouration), neglect, misuse, poor maintenance, or damage caused by environmental factors like storms or excessive snow. It also excludes unauthorised modifications or the addition of third-party products after delivery.

Should a fault occur, all warranty claims must be submitted directly to Balance Recovery within 30 days of the issue being discovered. Claims must include a detailed description and clear photographs of the defect. Any repair work must be carried out either by Sauna Air or an authorised service partner unless agreed otherwise in writing.

For the first 12 months following delivery, all repair, replacement, shipping, and labour costs are fully covered. From months 13 to 24, replacement parts are provided free of charge; however, shipping and labour costs may apply.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address. Sauna Air liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the sauna and does not extend to any indirect or consequential damages.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy for Made-to-Order Saunas:

We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order saunas designed to meet your unique specifications. Because each sauna is individually crafted, our returns and refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of these products.

Why Returns Are Limited for Made-to-Order Saunas:

Each sauna is custom-built according to specific customer requirements. As these items cannot be resold or restocked, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the production process has begun.
Please review all details of your order carefully before confirming, including dimensions, features, and finishes.

Customisation Acknowledgement: By placing an order, you acknowledge that your sauna is a bespoke product created to your specifications.


Non-Returnable Items:

Once production has commenced, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted unless the product arrives defective or damaged.


Damaged or Faulty Products:


If your sauna arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


We will assess the issue and may provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.


Order Review:

Right to Cancel (Before Fabrication):

You may cancel your order before fabrication begins, subject to an administrative fee.

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and accurately described. If your sauna fails to meet these standards, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue.


Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:


Bespoke and made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period for online purchases.


However, your rights remain protected if the product is faulty or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

Delivery & Installation
Saunum Air saunas are delivered fully assembled.

To protect the sauna’s base frame, it is recommended to install the sauna above ground level. Place a water-resistant material, such as bitumen strips, between the base frame and the surface to prevent direct contact with the ground.

Assembled Deliveries

Delivery to your doorstep is free, however, unloading the sauna is not included in the price as this can vary significantly depending on the location you would like to place the sauna, and the access to it from the road.

Assembled saunas cannot be offloaded by hand. Depending on access, you have three options: forklift, HIAB, or crane.

• Forklift: If there is enough space to move the sauna from the truck to its final position, a forklift is the most cost-effective option.

• HIAB: For lifting the sauna over a fence or wall near the road, a HIAB is a practical and affordable choice.

• Crane: If your sauna’s final position is far from the road and lacks forklift access, a crane will be necessary.

If you’re unsure of the best solution, feel free to contact us for advice or assistance in finding the right option.

The electrical supply required will depend on the kW rating of your chosen sauna heater. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified electrician prior to any installation.

Typically, a dedicated supply is required—similar to those used for electric showers or cookers. Most domestic sauna heaters in the UK are connected to a single-phase 230V supply, and the Amps can be calculated using:

Watts ÷ Volts = Amps

For example: a 6kW (6000W) heater ÷ 230V = approximately 26 Amps

Below is a general guide for domestic sauna heaters:

We strongly advise that installation is carried out by a fully qualified electrician, and that all work complies with current Government regulations and wiring standards (e.g., BS 7671 in the UK).
