Every Jaquar sauna comes with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard, giving you complete peace of mind and long-term confidence in your purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing or technical defects that may arise during normal use within the warranty period, including the cost of any necessary repairs or replacement parts.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence. Issues resulting from water exposure, impacts, scratches, or other forms of accidental damage are not included under the manufacturer’s guarantee.

Jaquar takes pride in the craftsmanship and reliability of its products, and this warranty reflects that commitment to quality. Your sales invoice will act as proof of warranty, clearly stating the start and end dates of your coverage.

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact our team by phone, email, or live chat within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.

To return your sauna, please ensure it is securely repacked in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Once confirmed, we’ll organise collection either by arranging a home pickup for larger items or by directing you to a convenient drop-off location for smaller parcels.

For Jaquar products, returns and cancellations are entirely free of charge within the 7-day return window. You can return your product at no cost, provided it’s unused and in its original condition.

If you choose to cancel or reject your order before delivery, a small deduction may be applied to cover the associated shipping and return fees.

- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and reference number.

2. Order processing & preparation

- Once your payment is confirmed, your order is passed to the logistics team for preparation.

- The sauna is carefully inspected for quality, packaged in multiple boxes, and made ready for dispatch.

- All components, fittings, and installation manuals are verified before shipment.

3. Delivery to your address

- Your order is shipped directly from the supplier’s distribution centre.

- Delivery usually takes 5–12 working days, depending on availability and location.

- Due to the weight and size of the boxes, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

- We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible. For Jaquar products, we do not use tracking software. You will typically receive a phone call 24 hours before the delivery. In some cases, we may contact you on the day, approximately 2-3 hours before delivery, to confirm that someone will be present to receive the delivery.

- The delivery for Jaquar products is a kerbside delivery.

- If, when we phone you, you tell us you are not available to receive the delivery, we will organise the delivery for your next available date.

4. Receipt & inspection

- When your sauna arrives, check the packaging and boxes for any visible signs of damage.

- Open the boxes and verify that all parts and components listed in the manual are included.

- If anything is missing or damaged, contact customer support before beginning installation.

- Keep all packaging materials until the sauna is installed and confirmed in good condition.

5. Installation

- A qualified professional must install the Jaquar Paire Infrared Sauna to ensure safe operation and compliance with warranty terms.

- We can arrange installation for you — request a quote, and we’ll provide a tailored cost based on your location and setup requirements.

Before installation, please ensure:

*You have a suitable single-phase power supply (typically 220–240V, with an output of approximately 2.5 kW) on a dedicated circuit. Please consult a qualified professional, as the layout of every house is different.

- The electrical connection is made by a qualified electrician and protected by a residual current device (RCD).

- The floor is level, dry, and capable of supporting the sauna’s total weight.

- There is adequate ventilation and clearance around the unit.

- Once installed, test the sauna’s infrared heaters, control panel, lighting, and audio system to ensure all features work correctly.

6. Warranty & aftercare

- The Jaquar Paire Sauna comes with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and artistry.

- The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, improper installation, or inadequate maintenance.

- Keep your invoice and proof of professional installation for any future warranty claims or servicing needs.

7. Returns (if applicable)

- You may return your order within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind.

- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

- Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
