• Damaged or Faulty Products:
• If your sauna arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

• Order Review: We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements and customisations to avoid errors.

• Right to Cancel (Prior to Fabrication): You may cancel your order before fabrication begins, subject to an administration fee.

How It Works: From Order to Installation
Viking Industrier Oval Cold Tub (Spruce)

This step-by-step guide explains exactly what happens from the moment you place your order to the completion of your cold tub installation.

1. Place Your Order

Select the Viking Industrier Oval Cold Tub (Spruce) and any optional upgrades or accessories.
Provide your delivery details at checkout, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email outlining your purchase and next steps.

Since this is a large, heavy, palletised product, we may request photos or a short video of the access route and placement area to ensure the delivery vehicle can safely reach your property.

Please note:
Unloading is not included in the delivery price.
The tub arrives kerbside, and it is the customer’s responsibility to unload and move the components from the pallet to the installation area.
We do offer unloading/positioning assistance for an additional fee.

2. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, it is passed to the manufacturer for dispatch.
Each Viking cold tub is crafted from high-quality spruce and undergoes quality checks before shipping.

The product is then securely palletised and prepared for transport directly from the manufacturer to your location.

3. Delivery Arrangement

When your cold tub is ready, a kerbside delivery date will be scheduled.

You will receive notice of:

What you need to prepare for a smooth offload

Since we ship directly from the manufacturer, unloading is not included in the shipping cost.
If you require assistance with unloading or positioning the tub, we can arrange this for an additional fee.

4. Preparing for Delivery

Before your cold tub arrives:

Ensure the installation area is level, solid, and ready (e.g., concrete, paving, decking, or another stable base).

Clear access routes to allow safe movement of the tub from the kerbside to the installation area.

Plan how you will fill and drain the tub (hose, drainage point, etc.).

Review the assembly/installation guide if any minimal assembly is required.

Because no electrical connection is required, preparation is straightforward.

5. Delivery & Inspection

On the day of delivery:

The courier will deliver the pallet to the kerbside only.

You are responsible for unloading the cold tub and transporting it to the installation area.

Inspect all components immediately.

Report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours to ensure warranty support.

If you prefer not to unload manually, our team can provide an unloading/placement service for an additional fee.

6. Installation

Setting up your Viking cold tub is simple:

Move the tub to your final location.

Ensure it sits on a flat, stable, weight-bearing surface.

Fill the tub with cold water using a hose.

Add ice as desired, or allow the water to chill naturally at its natural cold temperature.

Check that the drainage outlet is easily accessible.

No specialist trades or electrical work are required.
