Why Returns Are Limited for Made-to-Order Saunas

Made-to-order saunas are personalised and manufactured based on specific customer requirements. As such, these items cannot be resold or restocked, which is why we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once fabrication has begun.

• Customisation Acknowledgement: By placing an order for a made-to-order sauna, you acknowledge that this is a bespoke product tailored to your specifications.

• Non-Returnable Items: Once production has started, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Damaged or Faulty Products:
• If your sauna arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

• Order Review: We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements and customisations to avoid errors.

• Right to Cancel (Prior to Fabrication): You may cancel your order before fabrication begins, subject to an administration fee.

• Bespoke and made-to-order products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period for online sales.
• However, your rights remain protected if the product is faulty or does not match the agreed-upon specifications.

1. Place Your Order
Select the Viking Industrier Luna Outdoor Sauna and any optional upgrades, such as heater size, LED lighting, or accessories like a bucket & ladle, and headrests. Provide your delivery details. You will receive an order confirmation email outlining your purchase and next steps.

Since this is a made-to-order product and a large one, please send us a detailed video of your home and the surrounding space where you would like the sauna to be delivered and placed. This allows us to confirm that the delivery truck and unloading equipment can safely access your property. We also ensure the sauna is placed in the correct location at delivery (kerbside). If you decide to hire our team to unload and place your product for you, we do not include unloading in the

We deliver your product straight from the manufacturer to your doorstep to minimise carbon emissions and avoid double shipping; therefore, unloading is not included in the delivery price. This means you can either manually unload the KIT section by section (as it is a pallet). If you would like our team to assist with unloading or arrange the unloading, this service is available for an additional fee.

2. Order Processing & Manufacturing
Once your order is confirmed, production begins. The Luna sauna is crafted from high-quality spruce timber, designed to comfortably accommodate up to six people. Each sauna undergoes thorough quality checks before being prepared for shipment.

3. Delivery Arrangement
When your sauna is ready, we schedule kerbside delivery of the flat-pack components on a pallet to your address. You will be informed of the delivery date and any special instructions to ensure a smooth unloading process.
We deliver your product straight from the manufacturer to your doorstep to minimise carbon emissions and avoid double shipping; therefore, unloading is not included in the delivery price. If you would like our team to assist with unloading, this service is available for an additional fee.

4. Preparation Before Delivery
Before delivery, please ensure:
The foundation is level, stable, and suitable for supporting the sauna’s weight and users.


Access for unloading the pallet and components is clear and unobstructed.


Electrical arrangements are planned with a qualified electrician, especially as heaters may require a substantial power supply. We also recommend that the electrician be present for the entire last day, as the workload may vary depending on the size of your property and whether you have any electrical add-ons, such as LED lights or thermostats.

We also recommend sending all of the manuals to the electrician in advance, so there are no surprises and ensure a smooth process.

You have reviewed the assembly guide and arranged the necessary tools and assistance.


5. Delivery & Inspection
On delivery day, the pallet containing your sauna parts will be delivered to the kerbside. You are responsible for unloading and moving components to the installation area. Immediately inspect all parts for any damage or missing items and report issues within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Installation / Assembly
You may assemble the sauna yourself by following the detailed instruction manual. Assembly typically takes about a week for those with basic DIY skills. Alternatively, for ease and peace of mind, our experienced team of carpenters is available to handle the complete installation for you, ensuring expert assembly and compliance with all guidelines. The price starts at £ 1,500 + VAT (depending on location).

During installation:
A qualified electrician must connect the heater safely, using the correct wiring, isolator switch, and cable sizing appropriate to the heater model and electrical supply.


Ensure all components are assembled according to the manual and that the structure is level and securely in place.


7. Final Steps & Warranty Validation
Once assembled:
Treat the interior and exterior wood with breathable wood oil immediately to maintain durability and validate the warranty.


Confirm that doors, windows, and ventilation function correctly.


After the electrical installation is complete, test the sauna heater to ensure it operates properly.


Ensure that all electrical work complies with current safety standards and regulations.
