- Please note that the warranty does not cover natural variations in wood grain or colour, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or environmental factors.

- We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order saunas designed to meet your unique specifications. Because each sauna is individually crafted, our returns and refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of these products.

Why Returns Are Limited for Made-to-Order Saunas:

- Each sauna is custom-built according to specific customer requirements. As these items cannot be resold or restocked, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the production process has begun.

Consultation and Product Selection:

- Your journey begins with a personal consultation with the Sales Director of Balance Recovery and the CEO of KUUT.

- During this session, everything is covered from A-Z, from choosing the right sauna model to answering any questions you may have.

- Together, you’ll explore your space, lifestyle, and wellness goals to ensure you find the perfect KUUT sauna for your home. This personalised approach guarantees that every customer receives expert guidance and clarity before placing an order.

1. Choose & Order

- Start by selecting your preferred model, such as the “L with Shower,” from the KUUT sauna range. Once you place your order, you’ll receive an estimated delivery timeframe, usually around 8–10 weeks.

- While waiting, prepare your site by ensuring you have a level, solid base (for example, a concrete pad or paved area) and clear access for delivery. You’ll also need to plan your electrical connection and, if applicable, water and drainage points for the shower version.

2. Manufacture & Pre-Assembly

- Each KUUT sauna is crafted from high-quality Nordic timber, tempered glass, and premium components, including a Finnish electric heater.
The sauna is entirely assembled at the factory, so when it arrives, all major construction work has already been completed. This ensures a clean and consistent build, making installation fast and straightforward.

3. Delivery to Your Home

- Your sauna will arrive fully assembled and delivered to your property by truck. Depending on your site access, a forklift or crane may be needed to move it into position.
Unloading is not included in the price. The customer is responsible for arranging unloading and positioning. Some suppliers can provide this service for an additional charge if required.

- Before delivery, ensure there is clear access for the truck and sufficient space to maneuver the sauna into your garden or chosen area.

4. Site Preparation & Connections

- It’s essential to have a level, sturdy base ready before delivery. The sauna must sit on a firm surface that can support its full weight.

- All electrical work is the customer’s responsibility. You will need to arrange a qualified electrician to connect the sauna safely to your mains supply.

- For shower models, you must also have suitable water supply and drainage connections in place before installation. These services are not included in the sauna price and should be completed before delivery to ensure a smooth setup.

5. Installation & Final Setup

- Once delivered and positioned, the sauna can be connected to electricity and, for the shower version, to water and drainage.

- The design is “plug and play,” meaning minimal on-site assembly is required. However, all electrical connections must be carried out by a qualified professional to ensure compliance with safety standards.
If you prefer, professional installation and connection services can be arranged for an additional cost.

6. Using Your Sauna

- Switch on the control unit to activate the heater. The sauna will warm up quickly, providing a relaxing, spa-like experience without the need for firewood.

- Shower models combine the heat of the sauna with a built-in shower area, allowing you to alternate between hot and cold for complete wellness benefits.

- The interior features premium natural wood, glass panels, and ergonomic benches, ensuring comfort and ease of maintenance.

7. Aftercare

- Regular cleaning and maintenance will keep your sauna in top condition. Wipe benches and glass panels after each use and ensure the heater remains free from debris.

- For shower models, you can switch between the sauna and the shower for the whole spa experience—all from the comfort of your own garden.
