- This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use for a full five years from the date of delivery. Should you experience an issue such as glass panel defects, structural movement, or unexpected wood splitting, we’ll ensure it’s promptly assessed and resolved.

- Our goal is simple: we want your Kuut Sauna to bring you relaxation and enjoyment for many years to come, worry-free.

- Please note that the warranty does not cover natural variations in wood grain or colour, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or environmental factors.

Returns and Refunds Policy for Made-to-Order Saunas:

We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order saunas designed to meet your unique specifications. Because each sauna is individually crafted, our returns and refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of these products.

Why Returns Are Limited for Made-to-Order Saunas:

Each sauna is custom-built according to specific customer requirements. As these items cannot be resold or restocked, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the production process has begun.
Please review all details of your order carefully before confirming, including dimensions, features, and finishes.

Our Policy in Detail:

Customisation Acknowledgement: By placing an order, you acknowledge that your sauna is a bespoke product created to your specifications.


Non-Returnable Items:

Once production has commenced, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted unless the product arrives defective or damaged.


Damaged or Faulty Products:


If your sauna arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


We will assess the issue and may provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.


Order Review:

Right to Cancel (Before Fabrication):

You may cancel your order before fabrication begins, subject to an administrative fee.

Bespoke and made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period for online purchases.

During this dedicated session, you’ll discuss your space, lifestyle, and wellness goals to ensure the KUUT Electrical Outdoor Sauna M is the perfect fit for your home.

Together, we’ll cover everything from choosing the right model and layout to understanding installation, delivery, and maintenance — so you’ll feel confident and fully informed before placing your order.

2. Choosing and Ordering Your Sauna

Once you’ve chosen your KUUT sauna, your order is confirmed, and production begins.

Each unit is built to order, with an estimated lead time of around 8–10 weeks.

Throughout this process, the Balance Recovery team will stay in touch to help you prepare your site and plan for a smooth delivery and installation.

3. Built with Precision and Care

Every KUUT sauna is handcrafted using Nordic timber, tempered safety glass, and premium Finnish components.

The KUUT M is designed for those who want all the luxury of a larger model in a more compact size, comfortably seating up to three people.

Each unit is fully pre-assembled at the factory, ensuring outstanding build quality and minimal on-site setup once it arrives at your property.

4. Delivery to Your Home

Your sauna is delivered fully assembled and transported directly to your property by truck.

Before delivery, it’s essential to make sure you have clear access to the vehicle and a level, solid base ready for positioning.

Unloading and positioning are not included in the price.
Customers are responsible for arranging suitable unloading equipment, such as a forklift or crane, depending on the access available.

If you prefer a complete service, Balance Recovery can arrange unloading and positioning for an additional fee.

5. Preparing Your Site

Before your sauna arrives, please ensure your site is ready. This includes:

A stable, level foundation (such as concrete or paving) that can fully support the sauna’s weight.

Clear access for delivery and unloading equipment.

Enough space around the sauna for safe door operation and maintenance access.

Preparing your site in advance ensures quick, smooth, and hassle-free installation.

6. Electrical Supply and Connection

The KUUT Electrical Outdoor Sauna M features a high-performance Finnish Harvia Cilindro Plus electric heater with digital control, providing fast, even heating and precise temperature adjustment.
This system creates a clean, efficient, and authentic sauna experience without the need for wood or smoke.

The customer is responsible for all electrical wiring, cabling, and connections.

Balance Recovery and KUUT do not handle or arrange electrical work.

A qualified electrician must carry out the installation in full compliance with UK electrical safety regulations.
Your electrician will provide a dedicated power supply to ensure the sauna operates safely, providing reliable performance and complete peace of mind.

7. Installation and Setup

Once delivered and positioned on your prepared base, your electrician will connect the sauna to your mains power supply.

Because the KUUT M arrives fully pre-assembled, installation is fast and straightforward — it’s designed as a plug-and-play system, requiring minimal on-site work.

8. Using Your KUUT Sauna M

Once installed, using your KUUT sauna is effortless.

Set your desired temperature using the digital control panel, let the space heat up, and step inside to enjoy the gentle, even warmth. The compact yet spacious design, combined with soft lighting and smooth timber interiors, creates a calm, restorative atmosphere perfect for daily relaxation and recovery.

9. Aftercare & Maintenance

Your sauna is designed for long-term performance with minimal upkeep.

After each session, wipe down the benches and glass, and occasionally check the heater and stones to ensure everything remains clean and in good condition.
With regular care, your sauna will provide years of reliable use and comfort.

Please note the following are not included in the base price:

- Unloading and positioning of the sauna

- Foundation or base preparation

- Electrical wiring or connection work

- Crane or special lifting equipment (if required)

10. Your First Session
