Warranty Overview

Woodwork Warranty – 1 Year:

All saunas come with a 1-year warranty on woodwork for the original purchaser.

This covers:

Manufacturing defects

Material defects

Rot or incipient decay on the exterior wood that would make the sauna unusable

Please note:
This warranty does not cover natural surface changes such as mould, colour variation, or weathering that do not affect the structural integrity of the sauna.

Electrical & Heater Warranty – 1 Year

All electrical components, including:

Sauna heaters

Infrared units

A 1-year warranty, effective from the date of delivery, covers electronic controls.

Warranty Start Date

Your warranty begins on the date your sauna is delivered.
Your invoice or delivery confirmation supports this date.

Eligibility Requirements

To ensure your warranty remains valid, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be installed and used in accordance with the official installation instructions, user manual, and maintenance guidelines.

Installation instructions are included with the sauna and available online.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

Use & Location

Public or rental saunas (unless agreed in writing)

Indoor-only saunas installed outdoors

Transport & Storage:

Damage caused by transport, improper storage, or incorrect construction

Storing an unassembled sauna for more than one year

Products stored in unsuitable environments (excessive humidity, extreme temperature swings, or temperatures above 120°C)

Improper Installation or Modification

Altered parts (drilled, sawn, modified, or disassembled)

Incorrectly assembled or improperly used saunas.

Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than the manufacturer or an authorised technician

Natural Wood Characteristics:

The following natural features are not considered defects:

Variations in wood grain or colour

Knots, minor cracks, or splits

Rough textures

Wood movement caused by changes in temperature or humidity

These natural characteristics do not affect the performance or durability of the sauna.

Normal Wear & Tear:

General cosmetic wear that results from regular use

Age-related changes that do not impact functionality

External Causes:

Damage caused by fire, flooding, vandalism, or other unforeseen events

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you experience an issue covered by the warranty:

Returns and Refunds Policy for Made-to-Order Saunas:

We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order saunas designed to meet your unique specifications. Because each sauna is individually crafted, our returns and refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of these products.

Why Returns Are Limited for Made-to-Order Saunas:

Each sauna is custom-built according to specific customer requirements. As these items cannot be resold or restocked, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the production process has begun.
Please review all details of your order carefully before confirming, including dimensions, features, and finishes.

Our Policy in Detail:

Customisation Acknowledgement: By placing an order, you acknowledge that your sauna is a bespoke product created to your specifications.


Non-Returnable Items:

Once production has commenced, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted unless the product arrives defective or damaged.


Damaged or Faulty Products:


If your sauna arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


We will assess the issue and may provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Bespoke and made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period for online purchases.

Every Carbon 120 is built using premium Canadian Hemlock, a strong, smooth, and low-resin timber widely preferred for indoor infrared saunas. During production:

The Hemlock panels are precision-cut for a perfect fit.

All low-EMF carbon infrared heating panels are securely installed.

Electrical components are safety-tested and quality-inspected.

The heating layout is engineered to deliver even, consistent infrared coverage.

Each unit undergoes strict final checks before dispatch.

2. Pre-Installation Preparation

To ensure a smooth installation day, a few simple steps must be completed beforehand:

To help us assess access accurately, we require:

A short video walkthrough from your driveway/entrance to the installation room

This allows our team to identify tight corners, stairs, or obstacles ahead of time.

If your home has restricted access and requires:

A HIAB or crane

Stair-climbing equipment

3. Electrical Supply Requirements (Customer Responsibility)

The Carbon 120 operates on a standard 230–240V household supply and draws 1945W of power.

Although the electrical requirement is modest, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a suitable and compliant supply is available.

Because every property is different, a qualified UK electrician must verify:

That the existing circuit can safely handle the load

That the wiring and protection meet BS 7671 UK Regulations

That any adjustments or upgrades are carried out safely

The sauna must not be used until your electrician confirms the electrical setup is fully compliant.

4. Delivery

If installation has not been purchased, it is the customer’s responsibility to move the boxes indoors.

5. Professional Installation (Optional Upgrade)

You can upgrade to have the Carbon 120 professionally installed by our experienced sauna installation team.

We do not perform electrical work.

6. After Installation
