All Jaquar steam products are supplied with a standard 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty provides full protection against manufacturing defects and covers the cost of parts and repairs for any technical faults that may occur during the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product. Any physical damage, including scratches, dents, impact marks, or abrasions, will void the warranty. Additionally, damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions is not covered.

Jaquar takes great pride in the quality and reliability of its products, and this warranty reflects its ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term performance. Your sales invoice serves as proof of warranty, clearly indicating the start and end dates of your coverage.

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact our team by phone, email, or live chat within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.

To return your Steam Control Panel, please ensure it is securely repacked in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Once confirmed, we’ll organise collection either by arranging a home pickup for larger items or by directing you to a convenient drop-off location for smaller parcels.

For Jaquar products, returns and cancellations are entirely free of charge within the 7-day return window. You can return your product at no cost, provided it’s unused and in its original condition.

If you choose to cancel or reject your order before delivery, a small deduction may be applied to cover the associated shipping and return fees.

Our goal is to make the process as transparent and straightforward as possible, ensuring a seamless experience from order to return.

1. Order Processing

- Place the order and schedule delivery.

2. Packaging & Delivery

- The steam panel is carefully packaged to protect the display, speakers, lighting, and electronics during transport.

- It is delivered to your site safely.

- We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible. For Jaquar products, we do not use tracking software. You will typically receive a phone call 24 hours before the delivery. In some cases, we may contact you on the day, approximately 2-3 hours before delivery, to confirm that someone will be present to receive the delivery.

- If, when we phone you, you tell us you are not available to receive the delivery, we will organise the delivery for your next available date.


4. Receipt & Initial Inspection

- Inspect the panel for the correct model, finish, and any visible damage.

- Verify that all accessories and documentation are included.

5. *Pre-Installation Preparation (Professional Appointment May Be Required)

- Confirm compatibility with your steam generator’s power rating and specifications.

- Prepare the mounting location, ensuring a proper electrical supply and adequate wiring access.

- Appoint a qualified electrician (and installer if necessary) to handle installation safely.

6. Installation & Mounting

- Mount the panel securely and connect it to the steam generator, lighting, and audio systems.

- Configure temperature settings (up to 55 °C), session timer, lighting modes, and audio features.

- Test all functions to ensure proper operation and responsiveness.


7. *Operation

- Power on the system via the touch display.

- Set temperature, session duration, lighting/chromotherapy, and audio.

- Monitor real-time status during use.

- End the session automatically or manually at your discretion.


8. Maintenance & Longevity

- Wipe the panel with a soft, damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners and excessive moisture.

- Check that controls, lighting, and audio function properly.

- Periodic professional inspection is recommended for safety and longevity.
