- You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order reference and details.
2. Order processing & preparation
- Once payment is confirmed, your order is forwarded to logistics for warehousing and preparation.
- The cabin is inspected for quality, all components are verified, and it’s packaged in modular sections for safe transport.
- All hardware, installation instructions, and accessories are included.
3. Delivery to your address
- The cabin is dispatched from the supplier’s facility and delivered to the specified address you provided.
- Delivery typically takes several working days, depending on stock and location.
- As the unit is large, heavy, and shipped in multiple parts, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
- We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible. For Jaquar products, we do not use tracking software. You will typically receive a phone call 24 hours before the delivery. In some cases, we may contact you on the day, approximately 2-3 hours before delivery, to confirm that someone will be present to receive the delivery.
- The delivery for Jaquar products is a kerbside delivery.
- If, when we phone you, you tell us you are not available to receive the delivery, we will organise the delivery for your next available date.
4. Receipt & inspection
- On delivery, check the external packaging for any visible signs of damage.
- Open all boxes and verify that all parts listed in the manual are present and undamaged.
- If any components are missing or damaged, contact customer support before installation.
- Retain all original packaging until the cabin is fully installed and you’re satisfied with the product.
5. Installation
- The cabin must be installed by a qualified professional to ensure safety and to maintain warranty coverage.
- Installation services can be arranged upon request. You can request a quote based on your location and site-specific details.
Before installation, ensure:
*A dedicated single‑phase power supply (typically 220‑240 V) with appropriate protection and wiring by a qualified electrician. Please consult with a qualified electrician before making any modifications to the power supply, as every property layout is unique.
- The floor is level, dry, and strong enough to support the cabin’s weight and structure.
- Adequate ventilation and clearance around the unit for safe operation and optimal steam generation.
- After assembly and connection, test all functions, including the steam generator, overhead shower, body jets, digital control panel, chromotherapy lighting, and audio system.
6. Warranty & after‑care
- The cabin comes with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and quality for the specified period.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to perform regular maintenance.
- Retain your proof of purchase, installation documentation, and warranty information for any future service or claim.
7. Returns (if applicable)
- If you change your mind, you may request a return within a specified period from delivery (for example, 7 days), provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed in accordance with our return policy.
